Processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days - we'll contact you if there is a significant delay.
Domestic shipping (Australia)
We ship via Australia Post.
- Standard shipping: $9.95, estimated 3-7 business days
- Express shipping: $14.99, estimated 1-3 business days
- Free standard shipping on orders over $299
International shipping
We ship internationally via Australia Post for $34.99 AUD, estimated delivery times vary by destination. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
